<P><FONT color=#4455a6 size=4>1. 蕃茄放入滾水中川燙後撈出剝皮後,放入果汁機中打成泥狀備用。 </FONT>
<P><FONT color=#4455a6 size=4>2. 杏鮑菇切長條狀後,加少許鹽、胡椒粉、酥粉、太白粉及適量水調勻成糊狀,入鍋炸至金黃色後盛盤備用。 </FONT>
<P><FONT color=#4455a6 size=4>3. 番茄泥入鍋後,再加入糖、素蠔油煮成糊狀後,加入九層塔後起鍋即可。 </FONT>
